Returns & Refund Policy
Any unwanted or incorrectly ordered products can be returned within 10 days provided they are still in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
We recommend using a tracked courier for returns as it can ensure that your parcel does not go missing. Micronature is not liable for any missing returns. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

We will provide the address to return the products to after you have contacted our team.
Due to Food Safety Regulations, we do not under any circumstances accept returns on our products that have been opened from their original packaging.
Micronature consistently strives to maintain the highest of standards with the products and the services we provide.
However, in such cases that the customer feels our products are not up to standard, Micronature New Zealand Ltd is happy to refund the items in question. Customers must provide evidence of the product, packaging, and location of purchase.
No refunds or replacement of items will be given without permission from authorised personnel.
